PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic wave device unit that can be reduced in size with a simple configuration, an ultrasonic wave probe, and an ultrasonic wave apparatus.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic wave device unit comprises: an ultrasonic wave device 5 that has device-side terminals reinforcing plates 71 that each have a supporting part supporting the ultrasonic wave device and a flexible printed board that is connected to the ultrasonic wave device. The flexible printed board includes a connection part 614 that is connected to the device-side terminal, and a bent part 615 that is continuous to the connection part and extended in a direction separating from the ultrasonic wave device.
