To provide a treatment planning system capable of easily setting the posture of an irradiated body being treated.SOLUTION: A posture adjusting device 130 comprises: a model creating unit 101 which creates a virtual patient model M of a patient S； and a posture adjusting unit 102 which virtually adjusts the posture of the patient model M created by the model creating unit 101.
