PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an execution method for providing effect of water proofing and termite proofing without conflict for overcome problems of a method for infiltrating an agricultural termite-proofing agent into base concrete as a conventional termite control in building foundation works, in which a degradation volatile termite-proofing agent is entered into an indoor living space and provides serious health damage to people who live there, water-proofing processing to concrete is impossible and moisture is supplied from base of house at all times to set inhabitation environment of termite.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for exterminating termite by using crystallization of a powder of disodium octaborate tetrahydrate by rational binding of water-proofing processing and termite-proofing processing without concern about providing dangerous symptom to human body by applying strong termite-proofing agent crystalline having non-volatile contact toxicity, which can be made from a powder of DOT easily, to a surface of a water-proofing material applied to a base concrete and cutting moisture from underfloor.COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来の建築基礎工事におけるシロアリ対策は、基礎コンクリートに農薬系防蟻剤を浸潤させる方法であり、分解揮発性の防蟻剤含有物質が室内住空間に侵入し、住む人への深刻な健康被害をもたらし、且つコンクリートへの防水施工が不可能で、常に湿気を家屋の基礎から供給して白蟻の生息環境を整えてしまっていた。防水と防蟻を矛盾なく効果あらしめる施工法を提供する。【解決手段】 基礎コンクリートに施工した防水材 の表面に、DOTのパウダーから簡単に作れる非揮発性の接触毒性を有する強力な防蟻剤結晶体を施し、床下からの湿気を断ち、且つ人体に危険な症状をもたらす心配のない、防水施工・防蟻施工の合理的な結合による八ホウ酸二ナトリウム四水和物のパウダーの結晶化を利用したシロアリ駆除の方法。
