The present invention relates to a composition for improving health comprising sophorae fructus extracts and may contain sophorae fructus extracts and promote the activation of macrophages, and a method for manufacturing the same may be composed of the following steps: a step for drying sophorae fructus； a step for extracting sophorae fructus from dried sophorae fructus after the previous step by using at least one from a mixture of &eta；-hexane, acetone, ethanol, and methanol； a step for cooling sophorae fructus after the previous step of sophorae fructus extraction； a step for condensing sophorae fructus extract after the step of sophorae fructus cooling to two to eight times； a step for resting the sophorae fructus extracts from the step of sophorae fructus extract condensation for 12 to 48 hours at 9 to 12°；C； a step for recovering precipitates from the sophorae fructus extract after the step of sophorae fructus extract resting； and a step for manufacturing sophorae fructus extracts from the previous step into powder by using the drying process.
