PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straw cutter furnished with a scraper which does not easily come off from a raking blade shaft and is reduced in abrasion due to contact with the raking blade shaft.
SOLUTION: The straw cutter includes a plurality of raking rotary blades 44 and a plurality of star wheels 45, which are axially disposed on the raking blade shaft 33 and a plurality of cutting rotary blades axially provided on the cutting blade shaft 34 at positions corresponding to the raking rotary blades. The straw cutter further includes: a scraper 60 having a base end part rotatably supported on the raking blade shaft and an extension portion extended from the base end part and rotatably supported on a scraper shaft 50 having an axial direction parallel to the raking blade shaft. An opening for supporting the base end part on the raking blade shaft and an opening for supporting the extension portion on the scraper shaft are formed of long holes. The extension portion is divided into a front extension portion and a rear extension portion, and base ends of the front extension portion and rear extension portion are pivotally connected to each other by the scraper shaft.
