According to the present invention, provided is a white smoke and smog removing apparatus which includes: a housing which has a horizontal tubular structure, sucks white smoke or smog through a suction port in one end thereof and discharges a fluid through an outlet in the other end thereof； a plurality of mist spraying units which are configured in the rear end part of the suction port of the housing and spray water or mist into the white smoke or smog sucked through the suction port to allow sedimentation and removal of the white smoke or smog particles through a droplet growth； an anion spraying unit which allows the sedimentation and removal of the white smoke or smog particles by the combination of the anions and the white smoke or smog particles which are not removed by the mist spraying unit by spraying anions to a droplet growth space in a state in which the anion spraying unit is formed on the outer side of the housing； and an adsorption unit which is configured in the rear end part of the anion spraying unit inside the housing and adsorbs the white smoke or smog particles discharged toward the outlet of the housing through a suction fan. Accordingly, the present invention can quickly remove the white smoke or smog and prevent a back flow.본 발명에 의하면, 수평한 통체 구조를 가지고 일단의 흡입구를 통해 백연 또는 안개가 흡입되고 타단의 배출구를 통해 유체가 배출되도록 하는 하우징； 하우징의 흡입구 후단부에 구성되어 흡입구를 통해 흡입된 백연 또는 안개에 물이나 미스트를 분사하여 백연 또는 안개 입자의 액적 성장을 통한 침강 및 제거를 가능하게 하는 복수개의 미스트분사부； 하우징의 외측부에 구성된 상태에서 액적성장공간에 음이온을 분사하여 미스트분사부에 의해 제거되지 않은 백연 또는 안개 입자들이 음이온 결합되도록 하여 백연 또는 안개 입자의 액적 성장을 통한 침강 및 제거를 가능하게 하는 음이온분사부； 및 하우징 내부의 음이온분사부 후단부에 구성되어 흡입팬을 통해 하우징의 배출구를 향해 배출되는 백연 또는 안개 입자가 흡착되도록 하는 흡착부를 포함하는 백연 및 안개 제거장치가 제공된다.
