The present invention relates to an extension device for a biliary pyloric region. For a method for expanding a pyloric region by using a balloon catheter having a shape of a cylindrical balloon body whose both ends are gradually narrowed, the balloon body of the balloon catheter should be precisely positioned in the pyloric region and, even if precisely positioned, cannot maintain the state over a predetermined time but slips due to the shape that both ends of the balloon body are gradually narrowed, thus it is difficult to maintain the time required to sufficiently expand the pyloric region. The present invention is provided to solve a problem of the balloon catheter used to expand the biliary pyloric region, as described above.
