Disclosed herein are pharmaceutical compositions comprising Abiraterone acetate and Darolutamide, which are useful in the treatment of a type of prostate cancer. The pharmaceutical composition possesses increased in-vitro permeability both in fasted and fed state which allows significant dose reduction and the abandoning of the requirement of taking the drugs on an empty stomach.
