PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control sprouting of stems of asparagus (Asparagus officinalis L.), and to allow sprouting and harvesting of asparagus throughout the year.SOLUTION: A method for storing an asparagus root line which stores an asparagus root line in an environment of 0 degrees Celsius or less and minus 4 degrees Celsius or more is provided.
