PURPOSE: A method for preparing detoxified sulfur is provided to obtain water soluble detoxified sulfur by using calcium hydroxide, zeolite, and white jade powder.CONSTITUTION: A first mixture is formed based on sulfur, calcium hydroxide, zeolite, and white jade powder. The first mixture is molten in a furnace at 700-800 degrees Celsius. Harmful gas from the furnace is filtered. The molten first mixture is cooled in first mixed water at 0-4 degrees Celsius and is cooled in vinegar at 0-4 degrees Celsius for 2 to 6 times. The pH of the first mixture is kept in a range between 7 and 9. The first mixture is impregnated in second mixed water at 0-4 degrees Celsius for two times or more. The impregnated first mixture is dried. The dried first mixture is ground. The ground first mixture is retained in daikon juice for 24 hours. The first mixture is washed with water to separate calcium hydroxide, zeolite, and white jade powder. The washed sulfur is dried. The dried sulfur is aged in a loess container for 7 days or more. The firs mixed water contains calcium hydroxide and distilled water.
