PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stringy composition having excellent transparency and provide an eyelash cosmetic and hair cosmetic produced by using the composition.SOLUTION: The stringy composition comprises (a) a lysine derivative-modified silicone expressed by specific structural formula and (b) a siliconized pullulan, wherein the compounding ratio of the lysine derivative-modified silicone (a) to the siliconized pullulan (b) is 2/5 to 2/1.
