PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lumbago prevention instrument capable of solving twisting of the waist due to movement of legs when lying down sideways by fixing both legs.SOLUTION: A lumbago prevention instrument 1 includes: a first band section 2 for wrapping around leg and a second band section 2 for wrapping around leg, which is connected to the first band section 2 for wrapping around leg.
