The present invention relates to a prefabricated panel which is capable of being constructed easily and promptly as a planting panel that is capable of forming indoor and outdoor wall greening structures and vertical flowerpots, and relates to an overflow tray used when using the planting panel as a vertical flowerpot. When using the planting panel of the present invention, wall greening structures can be constructed easily and promptly without requiring a separate waterproofing operation performed on the wall. Further, since the planting panel is a prefabricated planting panel that is capable of easily obtaining a desired size of the planting panel by connecting panels to each other, the planting panel is excellent in installing a frame type flowerpot and a stand type flowerpot.
