The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing a radioactive agent composition comprising at least one purification step carried out in the presence of an antioxidant, the composition obtained by this method comprising a radioactive agent and an excipient, and a method for preventing radiolysis of a radioactive agent composition, comprising the synthesis of said radioactive agent in accordance with the process of the invention. La présente invention concerne un procédé de synthèse d'une composition d'agent radioactif comprenant au moins une étape de purification réalisée en présence d'un antioxydant, la composition obtenue par ce procédé comprenant un agent radioactif et un excipient, et un procédé pour prévenir la radiolyse d'une composition d'agent radioactif, comprenant la synthèse dudit agent radioactif conformément au procédé de l'invention.
