According to the present invention, a stent inserting device having an outer tube moving part comprises a housing including a guide part formed at a rear portion in a length direction, an accommodation space formed therein, and an operating lever connected with a pinion gear provided in the accommodation space； an outer tube extending out of the housing from the accommodation space； an outer tube moving part provided in the accommodation space, connected to a rear portion of the outer tube, and including a lack gear engaged with the pinion gear, wherein the outer tube moving part controls the external exposure length of the outer tube by moving along the guide part in front and back directions； an inner tube inserted inside the outer tube； an inner tube moving part provided at a rear portion of the guide part, connected to a rear portion of the inner tube, and having a through hole communicating with the inner tube； and a central tube inserted inside the inner tube through the through hole, having an exposure region exposed to a front portion of the inner tube, and including a stent installed at the exposure region, wherein the stent is selectively exposed to the outside according to the movement of the outer tube.본 발명에 따른 외관이동부가 구비된 스텐트 삽입장치는, 길이 방향으로 형성된 가이드부가 후방에 형성되고, 내부에 수용공간이 형성되며, 상기 수용공간에 구비된 피니언기어와 연결된 조작레버가 구비된 하우징, 상기 수용공간 내로부터 상기 하우징의 외부로 연장된 외관, 상기 수용공간 내에 구비되어 상기 외관의 후방에 연결되고, 상기 피니언기어와 치합되는 랙기어가 구비되어, 상기 가이드부를 따라 전후 방향으로 이동됨으로써 상기 외관의 외부 노출 길이를 조절하는 외관이동부, 상기 외관의 내부에 삽입되는 내관, 상기 가이드부의 후방에 구비되고, 상기 내관의 후방에 연결되며, 일측에는 상기 내관과 연통되는 통과홀이 형성된 내관이동부 및 상기 통과홀을 통해 상기 내관의 내부에 삽입되고, 상기 내관의 전방으로 노출된 노출영역을 가지며, 상기 노출영역에는 상기 외관의 이동에 따라 외부에 선택적으로 노출되는 스텐트가 장착되는 중심관을 포함한다.
