PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow improvement of transmission/reception sensitivity of ultrasonic waves by high density arrangement of a plurality of C-MUT cells in a transducer element in a simple structure, allow prevention of occurrence of crosstalk between transducer elements and enable miniaturization.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibrator according to the present invention has a plurality of element parts 24Z. Each of the plurality of element parts 24Z is configured to differentiate distances of first cells 28a to adjacent second cells 28b between a first transducer element 24a and a second transducer element 24b or configured to set different frequencies to allow easy oscillation between the first cell 28a and the second cell 28b being adjacent to each other. The first transducer element 24a and the second transducer element 24b are formed on the same plane.
