PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging film capable of suppressing microorganisms, fungus and mold on food or delaying their growth in both cases where the food is in close proximity to a packaging material and where there is a headspace between the food and a packaging formed with the material.SOLUTION: A packaging material includes: a) a core layer made of a polymeric material containing at least one active substance having antibacterial and/or antifungal activity that is dispersed in a polymer matrix； b) a coating applied to one side of the core layer, obtained from a lacquer or polymer paint that contains phyllosilicate or hydrotalcite nano-fillers； and c) a coating for the release of an antibacterial or antifungal agent comprising encapsulated ethanol and a polymeric component selected from chitosan grafted with polyethylene glycol or cyclodextrin, a mixture of chitosan and polyethylene glycol, and a polymer or a mixture of polymers for printable paint, applied to the other side of the core layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】食品が包装材と近接している場合、及び食品とかかる材料とにより形成された包装との間にヘッドスペースが存在する場合、のいずれの場合においても、食品上の微生物、菌類及びカビを抑制し又はその成長を遅らせることが可能な包装フィルムを提供する。【解決手段】包装材、ａ）ポリマーマトリクス中に分散した抗菌及び／又は抗真菌活性を有する少なくとも１つの活性物質を含む、ポリマー材のコア層、ｂ）フィロシリケート又はハイドロタルサイトのナノフィラーを含むラッカー又はポリマー塗料から得られる、コア層の一面に適用された塗膜、ｃ）カプセル化エタノール及びポリエチレングリコール又はシクロデキストリンでグラフト化したキトサン、キトサンとポリエチレングリコールとの混合物、及び基底層の他の面に適用された印刷可能な塗料のためのポリマー又はポリマーの混合物から選択されるポリマー成分、を含む、抗菌及び抗真菌性を有する包装材。【選択図】図１
