The present invention relates to a guide device for perforating a lower jaw, which comprises: a guide unit formed with a hole having an inner diameter having the diameter greater than or equal to the diameter of a drill for perforating a portion of the lower jaw, for fixing the perforation position of the drill； and a periosteal support unit protrudingly formed with the portion of the side unit in which the guide unit is in contact with the portion, and inserted in between the lower jaw and the periosteum of the upper surface of the lower jaw. The device has effects in easily setting the angle and the position for perforating the lower jaw.본 발명은 하악골 천공용 가이드장치에 관한 것으로 하악골의 일부분을 천공하는 드릴의 직경 이상의 내경을 가지는 홀이 형성되어, 상기 드릴의 천공위치를 고정하는 가이드부； 및 상기 가이드부가 상기 하악골과 맞닿는 부위 측부의 일부가 돌출되게 형성되며, 상기 하악골과 상기 하악골 상면의 골막 사이에 삽입되는 골막지지부；를 포함한다.
