The present invention provides a stent, which has flexibility, is inserted (loaded) in an easy manner, has excellent force of recovering the length of the same when the same is spread, provides strong radial force with respect to bending, and has an extended tube unit of a head part having an extended diameter with both sides provided with location fixation, and a method for manufacturing the stent. The present invention is achieved by easiness of loading when the stent is used, the force of recovering the length of the stent when the stent is spread, flexibility of a bent unit of the extended tube unit as the extended tube unit is fixated to a lesion, and the stent with radial force reinforced by first and second continuous binding units which are formed in multiple rows on a circumference at the same time, and first, second, third column crossing units which are formed to be continued from the continuous binding units.본 발명은 유연성을 갖으면서 삽입(로딩)이 용이하고 펼침시에 자기길이 복원성이 뛰어나고, 굽힘에 대한 레디알포스를 강하게 제공되면서 양측에 위치고정이 제공되는 지름이 확장된 헤드부분의 확관부를 구비한 스텐트와 그 스텐트 제조방법을 제공한다.본 발명의 상기 목적은 스텐트 사용에 따른 로딩의 용이성과 펼침시에 자기 길이 복원성 및 병변부위의 고정에 따른 확관부가 굴곡부의 유연성과 동시에 복수열로 원주상에 형성된 1차 및 2차 연속 엮음부와 상기 연속 엮음부에 이어서 형성된 1차 및 2차 3열교차부에 의해 래디알포스를 보강한 스텐트에 의해 달성된다.
