PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the uniformity of temperatures of a plurality of projections.SOLUTION: A plurality of laminated nonwoven sheets are bonded by heat between a first projection 432 and a second projection 433 of a heated processing roll 4, and an anvil roll when a sheet member passes between the processing roll 4 and the anvil roll in a sheet processing apparatus. The processing roll 4 includes a plurality of heating parts 46 extending in the width direction. Each heating part 46 includes: a substantially cylinder heat conduction part 461 extending in the width direction a center heating part 462 provided in the center of the heat conduction part 461 and end heating parts 463 provided at both ends of the heat conduction part 461 in the width direction. The end heating part 463 generates calorie larger than that of the center heating part 462 per unit time, and improves the uniformity of the temperatures of the heating part 46 in the width direction. Thus, the uniformity of the temperatures of the plurality of first projections 432 of a tool part 43 is improved.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】複数の凸部の温度の均一性を向上する。【解決手段】シート加工装置では、シート部材が加工ロール4とアンビルロールとの間を通過する際に、加熱された加工ロール4の第1凸部432および第2凸部433とアンビルロールとの間において、積層された複数の不織布シートが熱接合される。加工ロール4は、幅方向に延びる複数の加熱部46を備える。各加熱部46は、幅方向に延びる略円柱状の熱伝導部461と、熱伝導部461の中央部に設けられた中央発熱部462と、熱伝導部461の幅方向の両端部に設けられた端部発熱部463とを備える。端部発熱部463が、単位時間当たりに中央発熱部462よりも大きい熱量を発生することにより、加熱部46の温度の幅方向における均一性が向上する。これにより、ツール部43の複数の第1凸部432の温度の均一性を向上することができる。【選択図】図4
