PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat which performs appropriate fatigue recovery measures according to a degree of fatigue of an occupant.SOLUTION: A seat S on which an occupant can be seated comprises: a detection part 100 for detecting biological information of an occupant a degree of fatigue estimation part 110 for estimating a degree of fatigue of the occupant on the basis of the biological information detected by the detection part 100 and a control part 120 for switching between a first processing of assisting the occupant in breathing and a second processing of assisting the occupant in sleeping according to the degree of fatigue.
