The present invention relates to a multifunctional air conditioning system used for growing plants. According to the present invention, the multifunctional air conditioning system includes: a cooling unit including a cooling chamber for cooling the indoor or outside air supplied thereto by using a cooling coil formed thereon, a first suction and exhaust chamber for receiving the air cooled in the cooling chamber and discharging the air to a room or to the outside through the supply damper and discharging damper, a circulating chamber which is arranged on the lower part of the cooling chamber to form a circulating path for circulating the indoor air, and a door damper installed on the cooling chamber to selectively open or close the indoor and outdoor spaces or the circulating chamber and a condensation unit including a condensation chamber for condensing the outdoor or indoor air supplied thereto by using a condensing coil, a second suction and exhaust chamber having a condensing fan which is arranged on the upper part of the condensing chamber, receives the condensed air from the condensation chamber, and discharges the drawn air to the indoor or outside space through the first and second exhaust dampers, and a suction check damper which is installed on a side of the condensation chamber for receiving the indoor air, and a suction damper which is installed on the other side of the condensation chamber for receiving the outside air.
