PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing in which, to solve problems of the conventional technique, an iron mold manufacturing method is adopted, and resin-made substances are eliminated from a substance to be mixed into a granular mineral to embody a high temperature shape calcining method in processing of the mineral, and durability of a product is improved, and thereby, mass production and cost reduction are made possible.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a molded product includes: making the mold with iron incorporating not a resin but aluminum oxide into a main raw material so as to be durable to the high temperature shape calcining preparing it into a slurry-like state molding it in the mold and thereafter, drying it naturally performing surface finishing and finishing a mold dividing line and calcining at 1,330°C to 1,350°C and polishing after cooling.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、従来技術が有していた問題点を解決するため、鉄製金型製造方法を採用し、鉱物の加工における高温焼形方法を具現化するため粒状鉱物に混入する物質から樹脂製の物質を除外し、製品の耐久性を向上させ、以って大量製造・コストダウンをも可能とする製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】これらを解決するために鉄で金型を作り、高温焼形に耐えうるように樹脂ではなく酸化アルミニウムを主原料に練りこみ、泥上に調合し、金型で成型後に自然乾燥させ、表面仕上げと形割り線の仕上げをし、摂氏1330度から摂氏1350度で焼成し冷却下した後に研磨し成型品を製造する方法。
