The invention relates to a propolis-based composition with antiseptic and regenerative effect, to a process for preparing the same and to a method for the application thereof. The claimed composition comprises 0.1...80% water-soluble and/or water-dispersible propolis extract and at least one of the following ingredients: bee honey, colloidal silver, physiological serum, plant and/or fruit syrup, natural and/or synthetic flavours, sugar or inverted sugar, isomalt and/or maltitol, plant and/or seed oils, plant tinctures, natural plant and fruit extracts, HLB emulsifier, and water for the remainder up to 100%. The claimed process consists in mixing the components in phase-ascending order from hydrophobic to hydrophilic up to the homogenization and stabilization thereof. The claimed method for applying the composition consists in spraying the composition onto the affected zone : the oral and nasal cavities, the surface of the body.Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie pe bază de propolis, cu efect antiseptic şi regenerator, la un procedeu pentru obţinere şi la metoda de aplicare a acesteia. Compoziţia conform invenţiei este constituită din 0,1...80% extract de propolis solubil şi/sau dispersabil în apă, şi cel puţin unul dintre următoarele: miere de albine, argint coloidal, ser fiziologic, sirop de plante şi/sau fructe, arome naturale şi/sau sintetice, zahăr sau zahăr invertit, izomalţ şi/sau maltitol, uleiuri din plante şi/sau seminţe, tincturi din plante, extracte naturale din plante şi fructe, emulgator cu HLB şi apă până la 100%. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din amestecarea componentelor în ordinea crescătoare a fazelor de la hidrofobă la hidrofilă, până la omogenizare şi stabilizare. Metoda de aplicare constă din pulverizarea compoziţiei pe zona afectată: cavitatea bucală, nazală, suprafaţa corpului.
