PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending type processing tool in which operationality is good in an operation part operating change of the position and angle of the tool even if a cutting power acts on the tool, the power is not transmitted to the operation part and the change of position and angle of the tool is performed with light force.SOLUTION: The base end of an elongate guide part 3 is connected to a hand piece 4, and a tip member bendable to the guide part 3 is provided at the tip of the guide part 3. A bending type processing tool is rotatably supported to the tip member. The guide part 3 has inside, a rod member 24 changing the bending angle of the tip member by advancing or retreating in an axial direction, and a rotation shaft 23 for the tool transmitting the rotation of a driving source 60 for tool rotation to the tool. The rod member 24 is advanced or retreated by rotation-operating the dial member 6 provided rotatably to the hand piece 4 by an operators hand.
