PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address desires for a gasket for prefilled syringes having no flaw on a sliding part (a part where a barrel and the gasket comes into contact) of the gasket or capable of substantially eliminating existing flaws.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a gasket for prefilled syringes is provided. The gasket for prefilled syringes includes a liquid-contact part, and a sliding part coming into contact with the inside of a syringe barrel. The manufacturing method includes a step of rubbing the sliding part of the molded gasket with a prescribed backing material, where a rubbing direction to be performed in the rubbing step is the circumferential direction of the sliding part.【課題】ガスケットの摺動部（バレルとガスケットが接触する部分）に傷がほとんど存在しないか、存在する傷をほぼなくすことができる、プレフィルドシリンジ用ガスケットが望まれる。【解決手段】この発明は、上記のプレフィルドシリンジ用ガスケットの製造方法である。プレフィルドシリンジ用ガスケットは、接液部と、シリンジバレル内面と接する摺動部とを備える。成型されたガスケットの摺動部表面を所定の基材と擦り合わせる工程を含み、擦り合わせる工程において行われる擦り合わせ方向が摺動部円周方向であることを特徴とする製造方法である。【選択図】図２
