The present invention relates to a filler pigment comprising, as a base material, a platelet substrate which is coated with a layer containing BaSO_4, and two or more metal oxides and/or metal hydroxides. The filler pigment is specifically suitable for a cosmetic field. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a light stable filler pigment including, as the base material, the platelet substrate which does not exhibit the gloss and provides excellent skin-touch and natural appearance. The filler pigment of the present invention comprises the platelet substrate which is coated with BaSO_4, and two or more metal oxides and/or metal hydroxides, the filler pigment is a light-dispersing pigment, the filler pigment includes a coating on the surface of the platelet substrate, BaSO_4 is contained in the filler pigment in an amount of 10 to 50 wt% based on the substrate, and the filler pigment has a structure of the following layers in which oxide layers may be the same or different from one another.BaSO4 및 둘 이상의 금속 산화물 및/또는 금속 수산화물로 코팅된 소판형 지지체를 기재로 한 충전제 안료는 특히 미용 제제용 충전제 안료로서 매우 적합하다.
