Embodiments of the present application provide a radiofrequency ablation catheter and a radiofrequency ablation system. The radiofrequency ablation catheter includes: a catheter body； a ring electrode, annularly provided at a head of the catheter body； a location sensor, provided in the catheter body； and an ablation needle, provided in the catheter body and capable of moving forward or backward. The ablation needle, when applied, pushes out from the head of the catheter body and penetrates into a lesion tissue. The embodiments of the disclosure enable an accurate location of the lesion position and the puncture into lesion for performing radiofrequency ablation therapy, so as to achieve the targeted precise ablation therapy and reduce the damage to normal tissues.
