A pharmaceutical composition that promotes hair regeneration, which is provided in a liquid and stable state, and is useful for treating alopecia, stimulating hair regeneration and providing improved hair growth with lower incidence of hypochromic anaemia, the active ingredient of which is formed by a fivefold combination of concentrations of allopathic active ingredients, hydroglycolic or hydroalcoholic vegetable extracts, homeopathic dilutions of trace elements, growth factors of biotechnological origin and biomimetic peptides, transported in a vehicle that is pharmaceutically appropriate for intradermal administration or topical application, in a direct manner or by means of devices for cellular stimulation via radiation or micro-galvanic current. Optionally, the pharmaceutical composition can be combined in situ with autologous-origin growth factors.
