The present invention relates to a multi-purpose planter and, more specifically, to a multi-purpose planter capable of charging seeds and seedlings into a container and semi-automatically and accurately planting seeds and seedlings within a short time in order to plant various kinds of seeds such of seeds of beans or white radishes, sweet potatoes, and the like or planting seedlings in a field while a farmer stands upright without a separate tool such as a hoe or a pick and the like or enabling a smooth growth of sprouts over the ground through a cut portion of a vinyl cover by cutting the vinyl cover for covering the ground in a cross (+) shape with triangular blades formed on both sides of a shovel for planting and the shovel for planting.본 발명은 다용도 파종기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 바람직하게는 농가에서 콩이나, 무, 고무마 등의 각종 씨앗을 파종하거나 모종을 밭에 심을 때, 호미나 괭이 등 별도의 도구를 이용하지 않고 서 있는 상태에서 밭에 심을 수 있도록 장전통에 씨앗이나 모종을 장전해가면서 반자동으로 신속하고 정확하게 씨앗이나 모종을 심거나, 파종삽의 양측면에 형성된 삼각형의 칼날과 파종삽이 지면 피복용 비닐을 십자형(+)으로 절단하여 줌으로써 비닐의 절단된 부분을 통해 싹이 지상으로 잘 성장할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다.
