Disclosed is an external fixation device having a rotatable correction frame, which corrects a fractured or deformed bone, the external fixation device comprising: a first frame penetrated by the bone； a second frame penetrated by the bone and spaced from the first frame； a variable leg having a variable length, both ends of the variable leg being connected to the first and second frames, respectively； and a rotatable frame mounted on at least one of the first and second frames so as to surround all or part of the bone such that the rotatable frame can rotate about an axial direction defined by at least one of a horizontal direction, which extends across at least one frame, and a vertical direction that is perpendicular to the horizontal direction.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixation externe comportant un cadre de correction rotatif, qui corrige un os fracturé ou déformé, le dispositif de fixation externe comprenant : un premier cadre pénétré par l'os ； un deuxième cadre pénétré par l'os et espacé du premier cadre ； une branche variable ayant une longueur variable, les deux extrémités de la branche variable étant raccordées aux premier et deuxième cadres, respectivement ； et un cadre rotatif monté sur au moins l'un des premier et deuxième cadres de façon à entourer la totalité ou une partie de l'os de sorte que le cadre rotatif puisse tourner autour d'une direction axiale définie par au moins l'une d'une direction horizontale, qui s'étend de part et d'autre d'au moins un cadre, et une direction verticale qui est perpendiculaire à la direction horizontale.외고정 장치는, 골절 또는 변형된 뼈를 교정하는, 회전가능한 교정 프레임을 구비한 외고정 장치로서, 뼈가 관통하는 제 1 프레임, 뼈가 관통하며 제 1 프레임으로부터 이격되어 있는 제 2 프레임, 양 단이 각각 제 1 프레임 및 제 2 프레임에 연결되어 있으며 길이가 변화하는 가변 레그 및 제 1 프레임 및 제 2 프레임 중 하나 이상의 프레임에 장착되어 뼈의 전부 또는 일부를 둘러싸며, 하나 이상의 프레임을 가로지르는 수평 방향 및 수평 방향에 직각인 연직 방향 중 어느 하나 이상의 방향을 축방향으로 하여 회전이 가능한 회전 프레임을 포함한다.
