A magnetic body (44) is disposed so as to guide, from one magnetic pole to the other magnetic pole and a magnetic field which is generated from the magnet (21) of the capsule endoscope (1) that is accommodated between and positioned by a first hold portion (41g) of an outer case (41) and a second hold portion (42f) of an inner case (42) which position the capsule endoscope (1). Thereby and there is provided a capsule-type medical apparatus containing device which can facilitate handling of a capsule-type medical apparatus and can enhance the efficiency in storage of the capsule-type medical apparatus.
