PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for prevention, amelioration and treatment of dysbolism developing with aging, and a food and drink having prevention, amelioration and treatment action on dysbolism developing with aging.SOLUTION: The agent for prevention, amelioration and treatment of dysbolism includes a cultured product and/or microbial cell obtained by culturing lactic bacteria belonging to Lactobacillus gasseri as an active component. There is further provided a method for preparing foods and drinks containing the active component and having prevention, amelioration and treatment action on dysbolism.
