PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shampoo which prevents a shampoo practitioner's hands from being rough and does not touch a wound even if they have rough hands. A shampoo containing 40 to 60% by weight (more preferably 45 to 50% by weight) of fructose. Preferably, 5 to 15% by weight of betaine is further added. Other components include water, which is a solvent, and a surfactant, which is a detergent, and further include a moisturizer, a fragrance, an antiseptic, and the like.
