The present invention relates a flat hose and a method and an apparatus for producing a flat hose, wherein the flat hose, in order to transfer a fluid, is connected to a fluid pressurization cuff and a hydraulic pump which are used for blood circulation, acupressure or massage by periodically or aperiodically injecting the fluid into, or drawing in the fluid from, a fluid bag surrounding a part of a human body, the flat hose comprising: a body part having flat upper and lower surfaces； and a plurality of fluid transfer through-holes which are extended in the longitudinal direction of the body part, wherein the plurality of fluid transfer through-holes are installed apart from each other so as to be sealed from each other.
