The present invention relates to a producing method of a red ginseng formulation with an increased compound K content, and a cosmetic composition for skin whitening, comprising a red ginseng formulation produced by a producing method of the present invention as an active ingredient. The present invention is to co-culture Cladosporium sp. and Leuconostoc citreum strains by inoculating both Cladosporium sp. and Leuconostoc citreum strains. The red ginseng extract with an increased ginsenoside content than an existing ginsenoside is produced by using the producing method of the present invention and, specifically, the extract has effects of enhancing anti-cancer, treating cancer, reducing cancer drug toxicity, preventing cancer and a thrombotic disease, and whitening, due to increasing the compound K in ginsenosides when using the method of the present invention.본 발명은 compoud K 함량이 증가된 홍삼 제제의 제조방법 및 본 발명의 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 홍삼 제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부 미백용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 클라도스포륨 및 류코노스톡 시트륨 균주를 접종하여 공생 배양하는 것을 그 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 제조 방법을 이용하면 기존에 알려진 진세노사이드의 함량보다 증가된 홍삼 추출액을 제조할 수 있으며, 특히 본 발명의 방법을 이용하면 진세노사이드 중에서도 compound K를 증가시킬 수 있으므로, 항암 효능 강화, 암치료, 항암제 독성 감소, 암예방, 혈전병 예방 효과, 미백 효과가 증가하는 효과가 있다.
