FIELD: personal use articles.SUBSTANCE: device for use in a fluid-droplet system for cleaning teeth for creation of successive emission of air and subsequent emission of fluid using one motor, comprising a single motor, a first and a second two-piece gears, an air cylinder, a mixing chamber, a toothed rack, a spring element, and a fluid pump. The first two-piece gear has a first toothed portion and a second toothed portion. The second two-piece gear has a first toothed portion and a second toothed portion, at that a single motor drives the first two-piece gear, and the first two-piece gear drives the second two-piece gear. The mixing chamber is located at the distal end of the air cylinder, and the chamber has an outlet pipe for the mixture of fluid and air. The tooth rack has a distal sealing end which mates with the inner surface of the air cylinder in a manner impervious for fluid, at that the second portion of the second two-piece gear is mated with the tooth rack and drives it. The said one portion of the second two-piece gear has teeth only on its side, and the remaining portion does not have teeth. The spring element is mounted so that the spring is compressed in moving the tooth rack under the action of the second portion of the second two-piece gear. The fluid pump is connected to the second two-piece gear so that in rotation of the second two-piece gear the successive emissions of fluid are directed to the mixing chamber, at that when the engaging contact is absent between the said one portion of the second two-piece gear and the tooth rack, the spring moves the tooth rack inside an air cylinder with a speed to create emissions of air into the mixing chamber, so that a flow of droplets of the resulting mixture for cleaning teeth passes through the pipe at a high speed.EFFECT: invention enables to use a single source of supply for ensuring the coordinated simultaneous generation of fluid and air.9 cl, 5 dwgИзобретение относится к области медицинской техники
