PURPOSE: A syringe for muscular injection is provided to projection length of a needle according to sex or coefficient of fatness of a person who gets shot.CONSTITUTION: A syringe for muscular injection comprises a cylinder part(10) of hollow form, a piston unit(20), and a needle(30). The piston part can leak drug or inflow by being inserted and moving up and down of hollow of the cylinder part. The needle is fixed to a tip-end part of the cylinder part. A penetration hole in which drug moves is included and has a length of longer than 3.8 cm (1.5 inch) and less than 5.1 cm(2.0 inch). The scale is included in outside of the cylinder part.
