PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet member which is made water-soluble enough to be dispersed easily on a water flow while restricting the surface diffusion, an absorbent article, an interlabial pad and a production method of the sheet member.
SOLUTION: The sheet contains hydrophilic fibers, fine diameter hydrophobic fibers and large-diameter hydrophobic fibers with a fiber diameter larger than that of the fine-diameter hydrophobic fiber. 90 mass% or more of all of the fibers are 20 mm or less in fiber length.
