The present invention relates to a flavonoid-polyethylene glycol composite including a flavonoid compound and polyethylene glycol, and a production method thereof. According to the present invention, the flavonoid-polyethylene glycol composite remarkably increases solubility of flavonoid which is generally insoluble in aqueous solutions.
