PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover opening and closing tool with rainwater catchment, for solving such problems that it takes time and labor unexpectedly to open and close a long plastic sheet in tunnel cultivation work of an arcuate support, half-sitting posture work brings fatigue, and water is required for drought in a summer season or seedling transplanting.SOLUTION: This cover opening and closing tool includes a rainwater groove 3 to collect rainwater on the upper surface, a pile hole near both the ends in the longitudinal direction, a fixed pile to pass through the pile hole, a groove in the rainwater groove 3, and a member to push into the groove. Furthermore, there are an upper surface projecting part on one of both the ends in the longitudinal direction, and a lower surface projecting part on the other end, and rainwater falling on the plastic sheet is collected in the groove to induce it to a tank installed in the underground.【課題】アーチ型支柱のトンネル栽培作業の中で、長尺ビニールシートの開閉は意外と時間と手間がかかり、中腰し作業の為疲れること、また夏場の干ばつや苗の植え替えなど水が必要になることを解決できる雨水集水付き被覆開閉具の提供。【解決手段】上面には雨水を集める雨水溝３があり、長手方向両端部近くに杭穴があり、その穴に通す固定杭がある。雨水溝３内にも溝が有りその溝に押し込む部材がある。長手方向両端部一方に上面突起部が、もう一方には下面突起部があり、ビニールシートに降った雨水を溝に集め、地中に設置したタンクに誘導する。【選択図】図２
