PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for reinforcing muscle strength to bend from a nail tip to a second joint in order to stimulate the acupressure point of the palm and/or in a forefinger, a middle finger and a ring finger of a hand.SOLUTION: An instrument is integrally configured by an elastic material, and has a rear part 2 coming into contact with a palm, a side periphery 3 of a curved shape easy to grasp, and a front part 4 gripped by end-pieces of five fingers. Multiple pressing protrusions 8 are provided on the portion opposed to the palm in the rear part. Multiple protrusions 5, 6 and a groove 7 between the protrusions are formed in the front part. The instrument is configured as follows: the hardness of the elastic material is E35-E60 the protrusions are formed in the ratio of 5-6 pieces per 10 cm2 all or a portion of the protrusions are corn form bodies that are 9-11 mm in diameter of a bottom face, have an apical angle of 80 degrees to 100 degrees and may have an apex being a curved surface a length in the groove is 5-7 cm a width is 0.5 cm to 1.5 cm and the thickness of the elastic material in the bottom section of the groove is 1.5 cm to 2.5 cm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】手のひらのツボを刺激するための及び/又は手の示指、中指及び環指における爪の先端から第二関節までを屈曲させる筋力を増強するための器具を提供する。【解決手段】弾性体で一体的に構成され、手のひらと接する背面部2と、にぎりやすい湾曲した形状の側周部3と、5本の指の末節により把持される正面部4とを有し、背面部における手のひらと対向する部分には、押圧する複数の突起部8が設けられ、正面部には、複数の凸部5,6と凸部間の溝部7が形成されており、弾性体の硬度は、E35~E60であり、突起部は、10cm2当り5~6個の割合で形成され、突起部の全部又は一部は、底面の直径が9~11mmで頂角が80度~100度であり頂点部が曲面であってもよい錐形体であり、溝部における長さは、5~7cmであり、幅は、0.5cm~1.5cmであり及び溝部の底部分における弾性体の厚さは、1.5cm~2.5cmである構成とする。【選択図】図1
