PURPOSE: A hair cosmetic composition by a phase inversion temperature emulsion method is provided to continuously maintain hair styling. CONSTITUTION: A hair cosmetic composition contains 0.01-20 wt% of polyethylene, 0.01-30 wt% of ethylene oxide addition non-ionic surfactant, and 0.01-20 wt% of maltitol as an active ingredient. The composition is a nanoemulsion of oil-in-water type. The surfactant is laureth-4, ceteareth-12, or ceteareth-30.본 발명은 전상 온도 유화법을 이용하는 모발 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 사용 편리성이 향상된 분사 가능한 수중유형 나노 에멀젼 형태로서 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌옥사이드 부가 비이온계 계면활성제 및 말티톨을 함유하여 정발 성능을 향상시킨 모발 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
