СПОСОБ ИСПРАВЛЕНИЯ ДЕФОРМАЦИЙ ЗУБНОГО РЯДА С ЦЕЛЬЮ КОРРЕКЦИИ СООТНОШЕНИЯ ЗУБНЫХ РЯДОВ ПРИ ВИСОЧНО-НИЖНЕЧЕЛЮСТНЫХ РАССТРОЙСТВАХ С ПОМОЩЬЮ ИНДИВИДУАЛЬНО ИЗГОТОВЛЕННЫХ ОРТОДОНТИЧЕСКИХ КАП
The invention relates to medicine and, specifically, to orthodontic stomatology, and is intended for use in the treatment of patients with deformations in the rows of teeth of the jaws. Casts of the patients teeth are taken and, on the basis thereof, models of the maxilla and mandible having the patients rows of teeth are produced. The models produced are mounted in an articulator with account being taken of the physiological position of the temporomandibular joints in accordance with individual records. After diagnostics and drawing up of a treatment plan, a series of mouth guards is produced in the first treatment stage. After treatment has been carried out, if necessary, casts are taken again, models of the jaws are produced and the situation is investigated in the articulator and, if necessary, the treatment plan is adjusted and a new series of correction mouth guards is produced on the basis of the previously achieved results. Furthermore, the number of stages depends on the degree of deformation of the row of teeth. On account of the stage-by-stage use of actually achieved results in correcting the relationship between the rows of teeth, the method makes it possible to adjust the treatment plan depending on the results produced.Linvention concerne la médecine et notamment la stomatologie et lorthodontie et peut sutiliser pour traiter des patients présentant des déformations de rangées de dents des mâchoires. On effectue le moulage des dents du patient, les moules servant à produire des modèles des mâchoires supérieure et inférieure avec les rangées de dents du patient. Les moules obtenus sont réalisés en plâtre dans un articulateur en tenant compte de la position physiologique des articulations temporomandibulaires suivant des enregistrement individuels.
