PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective lipid eliminant which has both activity of the absorption inhibition and elimination promotion of lipid by finding the new function of a plum flesh.SOLUTION: The plum flesh or its treated matter has both of a lipase inhibition action and a lipid adsorption action, and is extremely useful as the active constituent of a lipid eliminant remarkably promoting lipid elimination based on these actions.
