PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have an excellent repellent effect against pests, especially mites, and to have a high level of safety and a suitable residual amount of a pest repellent component which is an active ingredient, which can be used as an aqueous composition. It is an object of the present invention to provide a repellent composition for pests, especially mites, and a method for repelling pests of textile products using the same. The pest repellent composition of the present invention comprises a pest repellent component, a polyoxyalkylene derivative having an aromatic ring, a cationic surfactant having an aromatic ring, and a solvent.
