The invention relates to a therapy glove and a fixing splint for fixing atleast onefinger with a glove (13), which comprises a central region (12), whichenclosesthe back of a hand and/or the palm of a hand, having at least one fingerstall(14,15, 16, 46, 47) going outwards from the central region (12), in which thefinger tobe fixed can be accommodated, having at least one fixing splint (24, 41),whichhas a main splint section (25) and at least one finger splint section (26, 27,28,29, 30) arranged on it, having at least one fixing pocket (18) arranged on thefingerstall (14, 15, 16, 46, 47), into which the finger splint section (26,27, 28,29, 30) can be inserted, having a fastening means (21) in the central region(12),by means of which the fixing splint (24, 41) is detachably fastened, whereinthefixing splint (24, 41), which is inserted into the finger pocket (18) and heldinplace by the fastening means (21), fixes the finger accommodated in thefingerstall (14, 15, 16, 46, 47) in a therapy position relative to the back ofthehand, wherein a detachable fastener (31) is provided on every fingerstall (14,15,16, 46, 47) which has a fixing pocket (18), by means of which fastener acontactposition of the finger in the fingerstall (14, 15, 16, 46, 47) can be adjustedto thefinger splint section (26, 27, 28, 29, 30).
