The chemical spraying device comprises: a sprayer (20) which is installed at a support frame (103) of the vinyl covering device (10) which forms a furrow while being towed by a tractor and automatically performs vinyl covering work a storing tank (30) which is installed at the top of a body (101) of the vinyl covering device (10) so as to store chemicals a spraying pump (40) which transfers chemicals stored in the storing tank (30) to the sprayer (20) through high pressure by electric power supplied from the tractor and a chemical supply controlling means (50) which is installed between the spraying pump (40) and the sprayer (20) so as to automatically control the supply of chemicals to the sprayer (20). According to the position of the support frame (103), the supply of chemicals is automatically controlled, so that the unnecessary waste of chemicals can be prevented and chemicals can be accurately sprayed.
