PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification circuit panel capable of constituting a blood purification circuit by preparing a panel in which a tube and the like are previously built in, and easily and reliably fitting a dialyzer to the panel.SOLUTION: A blood purification circuit panel 10 comprises a panel 20, and a dialyzer 30 that is fixed to the panel 20 and having a dialysate distribution tube part 35 protruding from a lateral surface. The panel 20 includes an attachment piece 23A that is formed protruding from a part of the periphery and has a notch 24A. The notch 24A includes a narrowed portion 25A formed by narrowing the width of the notch 24A, at an opening side.
