The present invention relates to an eye makeup cosmetic composition containing high content of glitter pearl. More specifically, the present invention relates to an eye makeup cosmetic composition containing 55-65 wt% of a powder part containing the glitter pearl and 40-45 wt% of an oil part containing volatile oil and a coat former, with respect to the total weight of the composition. According to the present invention, products produced by the eye makeup cosmetic composition and the production method ensures enhanced pearl effects with little powder diffusion, offers moisturized and new texture, and enables production of products securing stability in formulation.본 발명은 고함량의 글리터 펄을 포함하는 아이 메이크업 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 글리터 펄을 함유하는 분체부 55 내지 65 중량%, 피막형성제와 휘발성 오일을 함유하는 오일부 40 내지 45 중량%를 포함하는 아이 메이크업 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명의 아이 메이크업 화장료 조성물 및 그의 제조방법으로 제조된 제품의 경우, 펄감이 향상되고 가루날림이 적으며 촉촉하면서도 새로운 사용감을 갖는 동시에 제형 안정도가 확보된 제품을 구현할 수 있다.
